CLUBS*
We start with playing and using the clubs in many different ways for getting used to the apparatus and for getting new movement experiences. This is followed by technical training and more rhythmical exercises, where we put the elements together to small sequences.
CHOREOGRAPHY GUIDANCEThis is an outstanding opportunity for you and your team. Come to this workshop bringing your team and a sequence that you would like to have guidance to. CHOREOGRAPHY – LABAN*Rudolf Laban was dancer, choreographer and a dance/movement theoretician. LABAN raised the status of dance as a form of art. His belief was that dance should be made available for everyone. In this workshop, we will work with the BESS- concept and all the possibilities and diversity of movement. BESS stands for Body, Effort, Space and Shape, and these four words will be the keywords for our movements in this workshop. Inspiration guaranteed.
DANISH RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS*Come to this workshop and experience a typical Danish Gymnastics lesson. We can promise you a lot of laughter, gymnastics, technique, music, sweat and joy of movement. What does a lesson in Danish gymnastics include?

- - Swing and gravity
- - Jumps, leaps and footwork

- - Sequences
- - Endurance, coordination and energy
HIP HOP*Here you are mixing all the different styles of the hip hop cultures. The lessons can include a little bit of locking, boogaloo, poppin’, break dance, house etc. depending on the teacher’s own style.
HOOP*We start with playing and using the hoop in many different ways for getting used to the apparatus and for getting new movement experiences. This is followed by technical training and more rhythmical exercises, where we put the elements together to small sequences.
HOUSE*House is from New York and has its roots in salsa, meringue, African dance, Capoeira, hip hop, jazz and tap. House is based on freestyle and puts focus on “footwork”. This kind of dance expresses happiness, rhythm, energy and musicality.
JAZZ*Dancing with energy, strength and flow. A classical jazz lesson consists of different technical exercises, like plié, tendue, balances, turns, jumps etc. The lessons will range from lyric jazz to more up-tempo and powerful material with throwing, jumping and a continuous flow.
LARGE EXERCISE BALLS*We start with playing and using the large exercise balls in many different ways for getting used to the apparatus and for getting new movement experiences. We are going to have fun on/with the ball – alone, in pairs or groups.
MASCULINE DANISH RHYTHMICAL GYMNASTICS*Rhythmic gymnastics is not just for girls. The difficult part is to get the masculine expression into gymnastics. We will work with strength, focused acrobatics and some powerful choreography. You will be challenged in your rhythmical coordination and to hear and use music in a different way.
MODERN DANCE*Modern dance is characterized by gravity, floor work, the natural flow and dancing with the entire body. Choreographic elements vary between up-tempo and lyrical. The expression of inner emotions, power and musicality are key words for modern dance.
ROPE SKIPPING*Healthy workout- are you interested? 10 minutes of rope skipping is equal to 30 minutes of running. Rope skipping improves your coordination, speed and agility - which can vastly improve performances in other sports. You'll be working several muscles in the legs, shoulders, chest and forearms. This workshop will build up different routines combined with fun and joy.
SHORT AND LONG ROPES – the masculine way*We start with playing and using the ropes in many different ways for getting used to the apparatus and for getting new movement experiences. We challenge the ropes with elements from tumbling and parkour/tricking. We do funny cooperating exercises and try to do some impossible things.
TRANSITION OF MOVEMENT ON THE FLOOR*Join this workshop and get some great ideas for transitions of movements on the floor. We will move in all levels: low, medium and high. We will move in different pastures and shapes. We will move on our own or together.
