ALTERNATIVE APPARATUS*We start with playing and using them in many different ways for getting used to the hand apparatus and for getting new movement experiences. This is followed by technical training and more rhythmical exercises, where we put the elements together to small sequences. We challenge the gymnastics ball with alternative equipment like tights and cones; play with trash bags and plastic covering sheets.
ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS*Have you ever tried to do a cartwheel on the beam? Or a somersault? What about doing swings, kips and turns on high bar or uneven bars? In this workshop you get the chance to train as hard as F. Hambüchen, M. Dragulescu, V. Ferrari and B. Tweddle. We are going to start with a typical artistic warm-up, followed by basic skills and more advanced exercises at the different apparatus.
CIRCUS*In the world of circus you will try out many different kinds of artistry, working on different stations; for example juggling, diablo, unicycle etc. The focus will be on technique as well as having fun together.
MINI TRAMPOLINE*Somersaults, twists and correction are the topics for this workshop. At this workshop we will start with focusing on basic elements and techniques related to tumbling on mini trampoline. Different technique stations will follow. We will work on single and double somersaults on different levels with or without twists. There will be focus on technical and personal development for each gymnast by using video feedback.
MINI TRAMPOLINE AND VAULTING TABLE*Handspring (handspring somersault) and round-off (tsukahara) – Do you want to improve your skills on the vaulting table? At this workshop we will start focusing on basic elements and techniques related to tumbling on the vaulting table. Different technique stations on different levels will follow. There will be focus on technical and personal development for each gymnast by using video feedback.
SPORTS ACROBATICS*Sports acrobatics are group events choreographed to music and consist of dance, tumbling and partner skills. Partner's competencies are divided into two categories - balance and tempo. We will primarily be working with balance skills. Sports acrobatics is strength and flexibility, but first of all, trust and teamwork.
TRAMPOLINE*Learn and have fun while doing a variety of trampoline routines. The routines will include different combinations of contact with the trampoline bed combining varying rotations, twists and shapes with take-off and landing in different positions. These can include simple jumps in pike, tuck or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward or backward somersault and twists.
TUMBLING CHOREOGRAPHY*Tumbling choreographies gather gymnastic skills on all levels into stunning choreography. It is often easy skills set to music in combination with teamwork and timing, which makes this kind of gymnastics choreography incredible attractive to watch.
TUMBLING*Backward tumbling – somersaults and twists. At this workshop we will start with focusing on basic elements and techniques related to backward tumbling. Different technique stations on different levels will follow. There will be focus on technical and personal development for each gymnast by using video feedback.
VAULTING*Fun and tumbling – Are you interested in tumbling on traditional equipment in a funny way? You will be challenged in many kinds of take-offs, landings and you will try out new things. Tempo somersaults and tempo leapfrogs on cross lines are just some of the topics. Different stations will include focus on technique, fun and challenge.
